Missions to our clients
“Our mission is to understand the requirements. We work with the customer during workshops or meetings, remotely or in person. The information exchanged allows us to better understand the expectations, objectives and constraints of the customer. When anomalies occur, we try to understand the reasons for the malfunction, especially during the functional test phases. Our contacts have a business-oriented vision. We support them for better integration of the constraints and optimal use of the tool. A functional consultant also has a technical vision, their role is to understand and reproduce the conditions mentioned in the anomaly tickets posted by our customer throughout a project. We update the documentation, which makes it possible to follow-up the versions put in place at the customer. Once the documentation is updated, the developer can be consulted and informed of an anomaly for correction or, as part of a project launch, to proceed to development.
