Bolloré Transport & Logistics is a subsidiary that groups together the transport and logistics activities of the Bolloré group in the world.

Client

Bolloré Transport & Logistics was the result of the 2016 merger of three subsidiaries of the Bolloré group:

  1. Bolloré Logistics
  2. Bolloré Africa Logistics
  3. Bolloré Energie. Bolloré

Transport & Logistics is present in 105 countries in all five continents. In 2008, Bolloré Africa Logistics (BAL) was created to consolidate the infrastructure and logistics activities of the Bolloré Group on the African continent (45 countries) and absorbed the new Transport & Logistics entity in 2016.

During our meeting with the Bolloré Transport & Logistics group, we saw that they faced the following challenges:

  • Growing demand for the implementation of master data repositories and good practices for operational governance, driven by business projects.
  • The data governance service centre must address this influx of demand.

  • Data mapping with business projects and organization and / or IT projects.
  • Management of a life cycle of governance maturity by Concept based on Gartner recommendations.
  • Importance / Criticality / Maturity scoring matrix.
  • A graphic reporting base to facilitate sharing with stakeholders.
