[Keep calm and eat galette des rois]
Every year, the Apgar Consulting Team observes the tradition of the “galette des rois” (king’s cake).
Almost all our employees are working from home, so we had to adapt the tradition💫

📦 A galette des Rois, nicely browned and generously topped with homemade frangipane served with a 100% Fils de Pomme cider! and of course the bean for the lucky ones…
This year Nour passes her crown to Salima… Good food and good vibes guaranteed!
